Descriptive Epi R Tool

The ScientificTools.org Descriptive Epidemiological Tool was developed using the R programming language. To make it easier for epidemiologists to use, we have developed a graphical interface with Shiny for this tool. It includes an epicurve creator, an age distribution tool with a plotting tool offering two different methods of plotting, and a file merging tool that allows you to combine several Excel or CSV files into one.

ScientificTools.org Descriptive Epidemiological Tool, is a local shiny app written in R and helps you to descriptive epidemiological analysis from any dataset. It also come with some additional functions such as file merger. It supports all popular file formats such as xslx | csv and more.

The included Tools in the current versions are:

  • EpiCurve Creator (Fully editable epidemiological curves from any data set)
  • EpiAge Tool
  • File Merger
