How do you create an epidemic curve (epicurve) using R?

    I am an epidemiologist who is new to R programming. I have very limited knowledge.

    I have a dataset and would like to create an EpiCurve with it.

    Could you please guide me on how to do this and which packages you would recommend?

    We recently developed a user-friendly Shiny app for R that helps you easily create epimice curves. No advanced knowledge of R programming is necessary. Simply add the developed .R file to your project and run the app. The app will open in a webpage (you can also open this webpage in your preferred browser), where you can import your dataset and customize your epimice curve using the defined functions.
